Whether you're a headteacher, SENCO, parent or coach, I'm here to offer practical, evidence-based support that helps children and teens aged 9 to 18 (Years 5-13).
With more than 22 years of experience working alongside young people, and as a mum of three myself, I get how tough things can be for them both in and out of school.
My approach helps them manage anxiety, build resilience, and develop the mindset and skills they need to feel confident and thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Tailored Support for Schools and Clubs
I offer tailored mindset and wellbeing sessions across Kent and the South East, working with primary and secondary students to help them grow stronger, more confident and better equipped to handle whatever life throws their way.
We can work on how to:
- Manage anxiety, overthinking and emotional stress
- Build emotional intelligence and self-confidence
- Develop a resilient, growth-focused mindset
- Improve focus, self-regulation and behaviour
- Cope with exam pressure and performance anxiety

Sessions use a unique, age-appropriate blend of therapeutic tools, NLP, EFT and EMDR. These trauma-sensitive tools work with the subconscious mind to support lasting change.
1:1 Student Support
Quick-access, in-school sessions for pupils who need personalised support with anxiety, low self-esteem or emotional overwhelm.
Sessions take place in a calm, confidential space where students feel safe to talk, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and learn practical tools to manage their emotions.
Each session is tailored to the individual, using gentle, age-appropriate techniques that help create a sense of control and self-belief. Parental consent and communication are always prioritised, ensuring a joined-up, collaborative approach.

Group Classes & Workshops
A structured six-week programme designed to work alongside your school's PSHE curriculum and pastoral priorities.
Each session focuses on a key theme relevant to the emotional and social development of young people, offering practical tools they can apply straight away, both in and out of the classroom.
