About Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural trance state we all experience: daydreaming, being absorbed in a book or movie, before drifting off to sleep and upon waking in the morning. In this relaxed state, our mind is more open to accepting therapeutic change at an unconscious level, allowing us to achieve goals quickly and thoroughly.

Getting Started

Free Consultation

It's important to have an initial consultation call to establish whether hypnotherapy is right for you and discuss the length and number of sessions required. Calls are online via Zoom.

Therapy Sessions

First sessions are usually 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions between 60 to 90 minutes. My fees are £90 per hour, payable via BACS or card payment in advance of your appointment.

Sessions are available in person in Sevenoaks, Kent or online for your convenience.
