Private Support FAQs

I support clients with anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress, burnout, low confidence, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, emotional exhaustion, overthinking, poor boundaries, performance pressure and feeling like they have lost themselves. Many clients appear to be coping externally, while privately feeling far from okay.
Every client begins with a complimentary consultation call. This gives us space to discuss what is happening for you, what you would like to change, and which level of support would be most effective. You do not need to figure it out alone before reaching out.
My main focus is now transformational programmes rather than isolated one-off sessions, as this creates deeper and more lasting results. However, short-term intensives may be available depending on your needs.
My work blends therapeutic depth with practical forward movement. This means we can address the emotional and subconscious patterns driving the issue, while also helping you build healthier habits, stronger thinking and meaningful change in everyday life.
Depending on your needs, I may use: • Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy • EMDR • EFT • NLP • Rapid Transformational Therapy • Solution Focused Therapy • Nervous system regulation tools • Performance psychology strategies Everything is tailored to the individual.
Yes. Hypnotherapy is safe, although it is not advisable for those with epilepsy or psychosis. You remain aware and in control throughout. It is a focused, relaxed state designed to support positive change. We naturally enter hypnotic states several times a day whenever the mind becomes deeply absorbed or relaxed, such as when waking up, drifting off to sleep, driving on autopilot or becoming engrossed in television.
No. Some clients benefit from exploring root causes, while others prefer a more present and forward-focused approach. Support is always guided by your needs, pace and goals.
Both. I work with clients in person in Sevenoaks, Kent, and online with clients across the UK and internationally.
